Diving and ROV Specialists (https://diving-rov-specialists.com/) is a website open to the whole diving and ROV communities. It provides guidelines, diving manuals, diving procedures, and national standards, in addition to numerous scientific and technical papers that can be used to build company procedures and increase knowledge. This website exists because we consider that without scientific and technical knowledge, standards are nothing. This website also links to various organizations, newspapers, equipment, and service providers. Thus, the majority of necessary elements to manage companies and organize projects. We also improve our database with every update. Note that we act independently from organizations that only defend the interests of groups of companies or groups of persons. This way, we try to avoid external influence, conflicts of interest, and hypocritical behavior.
