What is Inkey

In Argentina, you can pay rent on time for years, and when you move you have no way to prove it. You start from zero: guarantors, deposits, pay slips.

Inkey solves this in a simple way: every month, the tenant reports the payment and the landlord confirms they received it. That builds a history confirmed by both sides, which the tenant can share with a link when applying for their next rental.

Our principles

• No credit data. We never check banks or credit bureaus.
• Only confirmed months count. An unconfirmed month doesn't count, but it never shows as something negative. There are no blacklists.
• Your history belongs to you. Nothing is public: every link is created and revoked by its owner.
• Reputation goes both ways. When a contract ends, tenant and landlord review each other.

What's next

We're adding AI features, always with one rule: AI suggests, people confirm.

• Photo inventory: when moving in and out, both sides record the condition of each room with photos. AI organizes them, describes their condition and, at the end of the contract, highlights what changed. Fewer disputes over the deposit.
• Your history as leverage: before a renewal or a rent adjustment, AI helps the tenant write a proposal based on their confirmed payments.
• Yearly summary: everything collected during the year, ready for the accountant.
