Indie-verse (https://indie-ver.se) is a a federated community, built on FOSS, for people who love indie games.
Indie-verse is part of the wider fedi-verse and is hosted with lemmy, and is a safe community for fans of indie games. It was founded by moderators from the subreddit r/Silksong, who sought a place to talk about their favorite game, without the constant threat of Reddit shutting them down looming overhead.
Indie-verse is still a young community, but we are in talks with moderators from other subreddits and are working on growing the platform.
What are the donations used for
Donations currently go to these to costs.

- The main server - Hosted in Finland
It does cost much, but still more than I, the maintainer, can pay for myself.
